There is more than one way into therapy

A FLEXIBLE APPROACH

You don’t need to know which approach is right for you before getting in touch. We can explore that together.

Some experiences are easy to describe; others are harder to put into words. I draw on talking and creative approaches, adapting how we work to your needs and what feels helpful to you.

01

Psychotherapy

Explore thoughts, feelings and experiences more deeply, recognising patterns and understanding how they influence life today.

02

Compassion-focused therapy

Find a different way to respond to shame, self-criticism and the feeling that you are never quite good enough.

03

Music therapy

Use music and creative expression to explore feelings and experiences that may be difficult to reach through words alone.

Therapy can create room for something different

WHAT COULD CHANGE

Together, we may work towards helping you:

Recognise patterns that keep repeating Feel less overwhelmed by emotions

Respond with greater self-compassion Build healthier relationships

Communicate needs more confidently Move forward with greater clarity

The aim is not to change who you are, but to help you understand yourself more clearly and feel less controlled by what is troubling you.
